Titlestone Funds Chilmington Green Village
Titlestone, the leading provider of stretched senior debt to residential developers has provided a £36million revolving facility to Hodson Developments.
The Titlestone support will be used to develop the first 288 and 54 apartments at the Chilmington Green Garden Village site in Ashford, Kent. Over the next 10 years, 5,750 homes will be created together with a Secondary School, 4 Primary Schools and a Community Centre.
Titlestone is working alongside the HCA which is providing support for the site infrastructure.
Commenting on the project, Robert Orr CEO of Titlestone, said “We are delighted to have played a part alongside the HCA in helping an experienced developer to create much needed new housing stock in the South East of England. The attention that all parties have given to the design and quality of the housing means I’m sure Chilmington Green Village will be a great success”.
Titlestone is now in its 5th year of trading and backed by the resources of Oaktree Capital has provided almost £2billion of facilities to SME residential developers across Southern England.
