Titlestone repaid on Galliard’s Capital Towers facility

Titlestone Property Finance’s £39 million stretched senior facility to Galliard Homes to assist with the development of the Capital Towers scheme in Stratford, east London, has been successfully repaid a year ahead of expiry.

Capital Towers is a landmark development comprising 191 one, two and three bedroom apartments within two interconnected buildings, the 14-storey City West Tower and 34-storey Sky View Tower. The development enjoys views across Canary Wharf and the City of London as well as the Olympic Park in Stratford.

All 191 apartments were pre-sold to a combination of UK and international buyers, with purchasers attracted by the premium quality of the accommodation, the excellent local amenities, in particular Westfield Stratford, and easy access to the City and Canary Wharf.

Jonathan Morgan, Galliard’s Director of Investment and Development, said “We have been extremely impressed by Titlestone's pragmatic approach throughout this transaction and the ease in which they delivered a facility of this size on competitive terms”.

Nigel Jackson, Relationship Director at Titlestone comments, “We were delighted to support Galliard on this scheme and look forward to working with them again on two new schemes in Bath and London, SE1”.
